Brandywine Coffee Roasters: Kenya Kiangothe Peaberry

About a month ago, while perusing through coffee roasters around the country, I came across Brandywine Coffee Roasters. Contrary to popular belief that we “shouldn’t judge a book by its cover,” I immediately fell in absolute LOVE with the Wilmington, Delaware based coffee roaster’s packaging. Brandywine Coffee is doing something truly special and intimate by capturing the consumers’ hearts with its custom art and individual screen-printed designs.

Aside from the beautifully curated coffee packaging, their coffee is a sure to please your palate! Brandywine’s Kenya Kiangothe Peaberry is a wet-processed coffee sourced from the eastern part of Nyeri County, Kenya.

The cup yielded some pretty stunning taste notes: tart cherry, pomegranate, kiwi, and presented an overall fruit forward finish. It goes to show about this company’s mission of “fine tuning the best way to highlight and celebrate what makes the [single origin sourced] uniquely delicious." If you enjoy fruit-forward and COMPLEX coffees, I'd highly recommend trying Brandywine Coffee Roaster’s Kenya Kiangothe Peaberry!
